All smiles she is

Every day something new

You know, every day there is something else to learn about, look at or touch. It is amazing to watch this little person grow right in front of you. Time goes by so fast, it is hard to just enjoy what you are seeing. Makayla is trying hard to stand up and she is definitely wanting to be more independent. Tonight, she rolled around the floor, played with us and her toys all the time trying to stand up using the coffee table.

Makayla actually started crying to let us know it was time for bed, now that's not something you see every night. This morning she actually pulled herself up using the crib railing. We were so happy because this was the first time she actually stood up by herself.

Oh how long ago was she just a babe in swaddling clothes? Now she is growing into her own little person.
